When you’ve passed your driving test                                          ….what’s next?

How about a chance to get cheaper car insurance and reduce your chances of being in an accident at a time when you’re most likely to have an accident?

How can you take part?

  • Choose a 1st QDI - PASS PLUS driving instructor.
  • You undertake the 6 modules that make up the course.
  • Your will enter a few key facts on the Training Report Form
  • Your instructor will record details of your training and will send the completed form to the Driving Standards Agency at the end of the course.
  • After successfully completing the whole course you will receive a Certificate from the Driving Standards Agency.
  • You apply to one of the participating insurance companies to claim your premium discount using the Certificate of Completion.

Pass Plus-the syllabus

The Pass Plus consists of no less than 6 driving lessons covering the modules listed.

1. Introduction and Town Driving.
2. All Weather Driving.
3. Out of Town Driving and Rural Roads.
4. Night Driving.
5. Dual Carriageway Driving.
6. Motorway Driving.

There is no test to take.

The extra experience and positive driving skills from Pass Plus would otherwise take a long time to acquire. You should be a safer and better driver and remember new drivers make up just 10% of licence holders, but are involved in 29% of all accidents.
